Joinder Agreement

The Joinder Agreement results in you (or the entity that you represent) becoming a “joinder,” or agreement to be party to the existing Token IQ, Inc. Stockholders’ Agreement. You were required to have acknowledged having read the Stockholders’ Agreement on the previous page. You will be required to acknowledge that you have read this document and to then sign it electronically (the date will be auto-filled).
